It's my mid term exam week, I am quite busy with my study. On Wednesday, I had supper with my friends in an Asian restaurant. I ordered stir fried noodle and it was yummy. After that, I really want to make my own stir fried noodles.

Marinade beef in olyster sauce
Fry beef with onions
1 table spoon of Soy Sauce
Splash of Vinegar
Table spoon of Olyster Sauce
2 tea spoons of Sugar
Splash of premium dark soy sauce for colour
wow, i really expect to cook asian noodles myself. it's really well-flavoured i think.
